1. Scope

This Return Policy applies exclusively to purchases of digital products, such as photographs, graphics, and other visual materials made on the ODS platform.

2. No Right of Withdrawal

Under Article 38(13) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act (Journalal of Laws 2014, item 827, as amended), any Consumer who purchases digital products on the ODS platform, which are provided as files for immediate and irreversible download, has no right to withdraw from the distance contract or to return the goods.

3. Exclusion of Returns and Complaints

  1. Due to the nature of the Digital Products (photos and graphics generated or delivered as electronic files), ODS does not accept returns or complaints based on the Consumer’s right of withdrawal.

4. Warranties and Liability

  1. All Digital Products are provided “as is” and carry no warranty or guarantee of refund in case of dissatisfaction.

  2. If you encounter technical defects in a delivered file (for example, a corrupted file or inability to open it), please contact our support team within 14 days of purchase. In such cases, we will consider providing a replacement file on an individual basis.
