Digital Delivery and Shipping Policy

1. What this policy covers

This Digital Delivery and Shipping Policy applies to all digital products and digital access options available on OneDollarStock™.

This may include images, graphics, mockups, templates, presets, LUTs, overlays, textures, digital asset bundles, ZIP files, downloadable files, digital licenses, subscription access, membership access, PRO access, lifetime access, free digital products, free Personal Use options, and other digital access plans.

Because OneDollarStock™ sells digital products and digital access, we do not ship physical goods, printed products, storage devices, packaging, or parcels.

2. How digital delivery works

After a successful purchase, payment confirmation, plan activation, or checkout completion, digital access is made available electronically.

Depending on the product or plan, access may be provided through one or more of the following methods:

• customer account access;
• order confirmation email;
• download page;
• digital download link;
• subscription, membership, PRO, or lifetime access area;
• template link, file link, ZIP file, license record, or another digital access method described on the product page or at checkout.

Customers should use the email address and account details provided during checkout to access their order, files, licenses, or plan benefits.

3. Delivery time

Digital access is normally issued after payment has been confirmed and the order or plan has been successfully processed.

In most cases, digital delivery is available shortly after purchase. However, delivery may be delayed if payment confirmation, fraud checks, account creation, email delivery, third-party app processing, or technical processing takes longer than expected.

If a product is available as a free option, including a free Personal Use option priced at 0.00 USD, digital access is normally issued after successful checkout or any other access step shown on the product page.

4. Delivery method

OneDollarStock™ products are delivered electronically only. There is no postal delivery, courier delivery, pickup location, physical packaging, printed item, or physical shipment.

The exact delivery method may depend on the product type, license type, account status, subscription status, membership status, or access plan selected by the customer.

Customers are responsible for keeping their account email address accurate and for checking their inbox, spam folder, promotions folder, or account area if delivery information is not immediately visible.

5. Delivery cost, countries, and taxes

The digital delivery cost for OneDollarStock™ products is 0.00 USD. We do not charge physical shipping fees for digital products.

Digital products and digital access may be available internationally, subject to payment availability, platform restrictions, licensing restrictions, legal restrictions, sanctions, or other limitations that may apply in a customer's country or region.

Taxes, payment processing charges, currency conversion, or other checkout amounts may apply where required by law, payment providers, or the ecommerce platform. Any applicable amounts are shown at checkout where required.

6. Customer account and order email

A customer account may be required to access purchased files, licenses, subscription benefits, membership benefits, PRO access, lifetime access, or other digital access plans.

Customers should keep their login details secure and should not share account access, download access, subscription access, membership access, or license access with unauthorized third parties.

If the order confirmation email or delivery email is not visible, customers should first check their spam, junk, promotions, and blocked sender folders before contacting support.

7. Subscriptions, memberships, PRO access, and lifetime access

Subscription access, membership access, PRO access, lifetime access, and other access plans are delivered digitally through account access, plan activation, or another access method shown at purchase.

Plan benefits may include access to digital products, download limits, credits, member-only content, discounted access, or other benefits described on the plan page at the time of purchase.

Access to plan benefits may depend on payment status, account status, plan status, cancellation status, usage limits, license terms, and any other conditions shown on the relevant plan page.

Canceling a subscription stops future renewals according to the applicable subscription settings, but it does not change the digital delivery status of the current billing period once access has been activated.

8. Free digital products and free Personal Use options

Some products may be available with a free option, including a free Personal Use option priced at 0.00 USD. Free digital products are delivered electronically in the same general way as paid digital products.

Free access may still require account access, checkout completion, or another delivery step shown on the product page.

License terms, usage restrictions, and product conditions still apply to free products and free license options. A free product or free Personal Use option does not automatically grant commercial rights, resale rights, extended rights, subscription rights, membership rights, or access to paid license tiers unless this is clearly stated on the product page.

9. File formats and product details

Available file formats, included files, product size, license type, usage restrictions, and access details are shown on the relevant product page, bundle page, subscription page, membership page, or plan page.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the product description, preview images, included files, file format information, license type, and plan details before completing a purchase or selecting a free product option.

OneDollarStock™ may offer different product types over time, including downloadable files, ZIP files, image files, graphics, mockups, templates, overlays, presets, LUTs, textures, bundles, template links, or other digital access formats described on the relevant product page.

10. Download issues and access support

If a customer cannot access a purchased product, free product, license, subscription, membership, PRO access, lifetime access, or other digital access plan, the customer should contact us so we can review the issue.

Where possible, the first remedy is correction. This may include restoring access, resending delivery information, helping the customer access their account, correcting a download issue, replacing an incorrect file with the correct purchased product, or providing an alternative access method where appropriate.

Temporary access issues, email delivery issues, browser issues, device issues, interrupted downloads, login issues, or payment confirmation delays do not automatically create a refund right.

11. Incorrect or missing product access

If the customer receives access to the wrong product, cannot see the expected product in their account, or believes that order access is missing, the customer should contact support with the order number and account email.

We may ask for screenshots, error messages, payment confirmation, account details, or other information needed to verify and correct the issue.

If we can provide or restore access to the correct digital product, license, file, bundle, subscription, membership, PRO access, lifetime access, or plan benefit, the order remains treated as digitally delivered.

12. Customer responsibility

Customers are responsible for using a valid email address, maintaining access to their account, reviewing product and license details before purchase, and ensuring that their device, browser, software, internet connection, and storage space are suitable for accessing digital products.

Customers should download, save, and manage files responsibly after access is issued, subject to the applicable license terms and product conditions.

OneDollarStock™ is not responsible for customer-side issues such as incorrect email entry, lost login details, unsupported software, insufficient storage, device restrictions, workplace firewall restrictions, browser settings, or third-party email filtering.

13. Relationship to the Refund Policy

This Digital Delivery and Shipping Policy explains how digital delivery works. Refund eligibility, final sales, limited refund exceptions, chargebacks, and payment dispute rules are governed by our Refund Policy.

Once digital access has been issued, the order is considered fulfilled according to this Digital Delivery and Shipping Policy and is subject to the final sale rules described in the Refund Policy.

14. Mandatory legal rights

Nothing in this Digital Delivery and Shipping Policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. If applicable law requires a correction, replacement, refund, or other remedy for digital content or a digital service, that legal requirement will apply.
