1.1. These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the One Dollar Stock™ (ODS) platform, available at https://onedollarstock.com, operated by CRAFTED SOLUTIONS Sp z o.o., with its registered office at TĘCZOWA 13, 53-601 Wroclaw, registered in Poland under KRS/NIP/REGON: 0001130811/8971943783/52984710300000, hereinafter referred to as the "Administrator" or "ODS."
1.2. The ODS platform is a global online service enabling the purchase of digital visual content through one-time payments or in collections (sets), under specific licensing terms. The Platform reserves the right to modify the methods, terms, or licensing conditions for selling all products at any time.
1.3. While the Platform is available in multiple languages and currencies, all agreements concluded through the Platform are entered into with a Polish company – CRAFTED SOLUTIONS Sp z o.o., operating under the laws of the Republic of Poland.
1.4. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, the User enters into a legally binding agreement with the Polish entity and agrees to the application of Polish law to all matters arising from the use of the Platform, including the interpretation of these Terms & Conditions, the conclusion and execution of agreements, and the resolution of any disputes.
1.5. By using the Platform, the User declares that they have read, understood, and fully accepted all provisions of these Terms & Conditions and all related documents, including any future updates and modifications made by the Platform Administrator.
1.6. One Dollar Stock™ is operated by a company registered in Poland and is subject to the laws of the Republic of Poland and the regulations of the European Union. Although the Platform is available globally, we do not target our offerings or marketing activities toward specific countries within or outside the EU. The availability of the website in various languages and currencies is intended solely to facilitate user experience and does not constitute a deliberate targeting of any particular jurisdiction. We do not guarantee that our content, services, or licensing terms comply with the laws of any jurisdiction outside the EU.
Each User is solely responsible for ensuring that their access to and use of the content is compliant with the laws, cultural norms, and restrictions applicable in their country. By using the Platform, the User fully accepts this responsibility.
1.7. The Administrator makes every effort to ensure that the materials published on the One Dollar Stock™ platform comply with generally accepted ethical, moral, and religious standards applicable in Poland and the European Union. The content may include artistic, lifestyle, or expressive materials, selected with respect for constitutional values and freedoms protected by EU law, particularly freedom of expression and artistic freedom.
The Administrator acknowledges that certain content – such as depictions of the human body (e.g., persons in swimwear or with exposed body parts), certain foods (e.g., pork), alcoholic beverages, cultural symbols, or identity-related topics – may be considered controversial, unacceptable, or even prohibited in some countries or religious systems. Such content is not intended to be provocative or offensive but merely reflects the cultural, social, and legal standards of the country in which our company is registered.
By accessing the One Dollar Stock™ platform, the User acknowledges that they are doing so voluntarily and at their own risk. The User fully understands and accepts that some materials available on the Platform may conflict with local laws, moral norms, cultural practices, religious principles, or personal beliefs applicable in their country of residence or citizenship. By accessing the Platform, the User expressly agrees to this and accepts that they may be exposed to content that does not align with their personal, religious, cultural, or moral views. The User acknowledges that they do so voluntarily and unconditionally, regardless of their religion, beliefs, cultural background, or personal sensitivities.
Accordingly, the User irrevocably waives the right to assert any claims, complaints, legal actions, compensations, or indemnities against the owner of the One Dollar Stock™ platform, its affiliates, employees, contractors, partners, and content providers – especially in cases where any content available on the Platform may be deemed unlawful, offensive, or inconsistent with the User’s local laws, religion, morality, or customs.
The User acknowledges that they are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with the applicable laws in their country and confirms that they have read and fully accepted this provision before using the Platform.
We reserve the right to restrict access to certain categories or content in regions where such content may be considered illegal, inappropriate, or in violation of local laws.
1.8. Some visual materials available on the One Dollar Stock™ platform may depict content intended exclusively for adults. This may include digital products featuring alcoholic beverages, such as bottles, cans, glasses, or related items — whether in a product, culinary, or lifestyle context. Such images and graphics are provided solely for illustrative or artistic purposes and do not constitute encouragement, advertising, or promotion of alcohol consumption, particularly not towards minors or in jurisdictions where such content is restricted.
Purchasing such materials does not imply endorsement of their use in any particular context or lifestyle. The User assumes full responsibility for using such content in compliance with local laws, including those related to alcohol advertising, cultural restrictions, and religious norms.
Accordingly, the User waives any claims, complaints, legal actions, or demands for compensation against the Platform owner, its representatives, employees, and partners if content depicting alcohol is found to be inconsistent with applicable laws in their place of residence or use. Such content is provided as part of a stock image database, and its further use is entirely the responsibility of the purchaser.
2.1. User – any natural person, legal entity, or organizational unit without legal personality that uses the Platform.
2.2. Client – a User who purchases a Digital Product through the Platform.
2.3. Digital Product – a graphic file in JPG format or a collection of such files provided in ZIP format, made available for download after payment.
2.4. License – the right to use the Digital Product under the terms specified in these Terms & Conditions.
2.5. Account – an individual User account on the Platform, providing access to purchased products.
3.1. Purchasing a Digital Product requires creating an Account on the Platform.
3.2. Users must provide true and up-to-date information during registration.
3.3. Sharing an Account with third parties is prohibited.
3.4. Users are responsible for securing their account credentials and must immediately notify the Administrator of any suspected security breaches.
4.1. Digital Products are available at prices listed on the Platform. Prices are displayed in USD by default (excluding taxes), although Users may change the currency to their local currency. USD is used as the default currency for global convenience.
4.2. Applicable taxes are added to each transaction based on the Client’s country of origin. The final gross price, including taxes, will be shown at checkout before order confirmation.
4.3. Upon payment, the Client will receive access to the Digital Product via a download link sent by email and available within their Account.
4.4. Digital Products are delivered immediately upon payment confirmation and cannot be undone or reversed.
4.5. Products may be offered as single images or as Collections/Sets (multiple images). The listed price for a Collection/Set covers all images included in that Collection/Set. The number of images is clearly stated on the product page before purchase.
5.1. All materials available on the One Dollar Stock™ platform — including images, graphics, illustrations, and digital files — have been submitted by their respective authors, owners, or authorized contributors, who declare that they hold full copyright or sufficient rights for commercial distribution and sale. Contributors are fully responsible for ensuring that their materials are free from legal defects, third-party claims, licensing restrictions, trademark infringements, personality rights violations, and other legal issues.
5.2. Materials on the Platform may include photographs, digital illustrations, and AI-assisted creations. The use of such technologies does not affect the legality of the content or the rights granted under the applicable licenses. The Platform does not automatically label AI-assisted images. Users may contact the content author or Platform Administrator for clarification regarding the origin of any file.
5.3. By using the Platform, Users acknowledge and accept that some content may be the result of generative technologies and that this does not affect the rights granted under the purchased license.
5.4. The One Dollar Stock™ Platform operates in good faith and reserves the right to remove any material where there is a justified suspicion of rights infringement or legal violation. In the event of claims arising from the publication, sale, or use of any file, the User who submitted the material bears full liability.
6.1. Each Digital Product is covered by one of the following Licenses:
- Personal Use License ($1) – for private, non-commercial use.
- Commercial Use License ($3) – for commercial use, excluding resale of the file as a standalone product.
- Creator Commerce License ($19) – for use in products for resale (e.g., merchandise, prints), provided the digital file is not resold separately beyond license terms.
- Corporate License ($29) – commercial rights for companies with more than 50 employees.

6.3. Purchasing a License does not transfer copyright ownership of the Digital Product; it grants a limited right to use the product under the terms specified.
6.4. Prohibited actions include:
a) Reselling or redistributing Digital Products without an appropriate license or in violation of the applicable license terms.
b) Publishing Digital Products on stock platforms or content-sharing platforms (paid or free).
c) Claiming authorship or creative ownership of the Digital Product.
d) Using Digital Products in ways that violate applicable laws or third-party rights.
e) Using Digital Products in a manner grossly offensive to public morality, ethical standards, or religious beliefs.
f) Sublicensing the Digital Product to third parties.
5.2. Materials on the Platform may include photographs, digital illustrations, and AI-assisted creations. The use of such technologies does not affect the legality of the content or the rights granted under the applicable licenses. The Platform does not automatically label AI-assisted images. Users may contact the content author or Platform Administrator for clarification regarding the origin of any file.
5.3. By using the Platform, Users acknowledge and accept that some content may be the result of generative technologies and that this does not affect the rights granted under the purchased license.
5.4. The One Dollar Stock™ Platform operates in good faith and reserves the right to remove any material where there is a justified suspicion of rights infringement or legal violation. In the event of claims arising from the publication, sale, or use of any file, the User who submitted the material bears full liability.
7.1. Payments are processed through third-party payment operators.
7.2. Clients may request a VAT invoice by providing the necessary information (VAT ID, address, etc.).
7.3. All prices displayed on the Platform are net prices (excluding taxes). Taxes applicable to the Client’s location are added at checkout and displayed before completing the order.
8.1. In accordance with Polish law (Article 38(13) of the Consumer Rights Act of May 30, 2014), Users waive the right of withdrawal when the service begins before the withdrawal period expires (i.e., upon downloading the file).
8.2. Purchases of Digital Products are final and non-refundable.
8.3. Due to the nature of the Digital Products offered on the Platform, each order is fulfilled automatically and immediately upon payment. The Client receives a non-reversible download link via email and through their Account. Therefore, cancellation, withdrawal, or refund is not possible after purchase.
9.1. All images and graphics available on the One Dollar Stock™ platform are protected by copyright and are provided exclusively under the applicable Licenses upon purchase.
9.2. Downloading files without purchase and attempting to remove, modify, obscure, or bypass watermarks protecting preview versions is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious copyright violation.
Any use of images obtained illegally — including downloading by bypassing payment systems or watermark removal — is strictly forbidden and will be prosecuted under civil and criminal law, both nationally and internationally.
9.3. If such violations are detected, we reserve the right to take any legal action available, including seeking damages and reporting the violations to relevant authorities and digital platforms.
10.1. The Administrator is not liable for:
a) The manner in which Users use the Products.
b) Any losses resulting from improper use of the Products.
c) Technical issues beyond the Administrator’s control.
d) Any disputes arising from improper use of the Products by Users.
11.1. The data controller for User personal data is CRAFTED SOLUTIONS Sp z o.o.
11.2. Personal data is processed to provide services in accordance with applicable GDPR regulations.
11.3. Users have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict processing of their data, and to object to its processing.

12.1. The Platform uses cookies to improve service quality, analyze traffic, and personalize content.

13.1. Complaints regarding Platform operation can be submitted via contact form here.
13.2. Complaints will be reviewed within 14 calendar days.
13.3. Complaints regarding Digital Products do not include refund requests once the files have been downloaded.
14.1. The Administrator reserves the right to change these Terms & Conditions at any time.
14.2. Changes become effective upon publication on the Platform.
14.3. If the changes significantly affect the rights and obligations of Users, Users will be notified in advance. Continued use of the Platform after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
15.1. These Terms & Conditions and all agreements concluded through the Platform are governed by Polish law, regardless of the User’s location or the language version of the Platform.
15.2. All disputes arising from the use of the Platform will be resolved by the competent court in the Administrator’s jurisdiction (Poland).
15.3. For Users who are consumers residing within the EU, mandatory consumer protection laws of their country of residence shall apply insofar as they do not conflict with these Terms and Polish law.
